1. About these terms
“ZirconShop”, “Zircon E-Shop”, “we” or “us” means the marketplace operator using the ZirconShop name. These terms apply when you visit or use the website, place an order, apply to become a seller, or interact with a marketplace listing. Additional seller, payment-provider or product-specific terms may also apply.
The site may be available on a staging subdomain while features are tested. Do not treat a test listing, sandbox payment or test order as a confirmed commercial offer. The live shop domain and operating details should be checked before a purchase.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or use the site under the laws that apply to you. If you are under 18, use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details and keeping your sign-in credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
3. Marketplace listings
ZirconShop provides a platform where products may be offered by ZirconShop, independent sellers or third-party partners. Unless a listing says otherwise, the seller named on the product/order details is responsible for the product’s description, availability, packaging and fulfilment. We aim to keep listings clear, but photos, colours, dimensions and descriptions may vary slightly from the delivered item.
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Product availability, prices, promotions, delivery estimates and shipping charges may change. Any shipping charge or tax applicable to an order should be shown before the customer confirms payment; please check the final checkout total before placing the order.
4. Orders and payment
Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability. We may need to contact you or cancel an order if a listing is unavailable, a price or stock error occurred, delivery cannot be completed, or a payment is not authorised. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method, subject to provider processing times.
Available payment options may include UPI, cards, net banking or other providers shown at checkout. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, not by ZirconShop. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password or OTP with a seller or support agent. An order is not marked paid until payment is confirmed by the provider.
5. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate product details, lawful products, correct prices and stock information; honour accepted orders; comply with applicable consumer, tax, product-safety and intellectual-property requirements; and respond to customer issues. Seller applications and listings may be reviewed. ZirconShop may pause a seller account or listing where needed to investigate a complaint, suspected fraud, unsafe product, legal concern or breach of these terms.
Seller commissions, settlement timing, wallet features and payout arrangements must be agreed separately in the seller onboarding terms. A dashboard balance or sales summary is not, by itself, a promise that a payout has been made.
6. Affiliate and third-party links
Some listings may link to Edos or another partner marketplace. Those items may be sold, paid for, shipped and supported by the partner. When you follow an external link, you leave ZirconShop and the partner’s terms, privacy, pricing, delivery and return policy apply to that transaction. Affiliate links may provide a referral benefit to ZirconShop; the displayed price should not be increased solely because of a referral.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to request help. A product-specific or partner policy may apply to a third-party/affiliate order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the website to break the law, mislead customers, infringe rights, interfere with site security, upload malicious code or access accounts or data without permission. ZirconShop branding, website text and design are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders. Sellers must have the rights needed to publish their product photos, descriptions and marks.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the marketplace available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every listing is error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZirconShop is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site or a third-party partner’s service. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any applicable statutory consumer remedy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new update date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply prospectively to site use; order-specific rights remain subject to the terms applicable to that order and applicable law.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes may be referred to competent courts at Fatehabad, Haryana.
